In this video we talk about the benefits of prostration on health as proven by modern science. The position of Sajdah or sujood, in which the forehead touches the earth is exclusively associated with the Muslim form of prayer. It is the climax of a Muslim's prayer and as mentioned in a Hadeeth as the position in which a Muslim is nearest to his creator Allah The Almighty.

وَأَنَّ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطِى مُسْتَقِيمًۭا فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ ٱلسُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ وَصَّىٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
Indeed, that is My Path—perfectly straight. So follow it and do not follow other ways, for they will lead you away from Allah's Way. This is what He has commanded you, so perhaps you will be conscious ˹of Allah˺.” (Quran 6:153)
